Human Resources Manager 

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible to assist the Principal in overseeing the HR framework of the school.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Committed Christian of a reformed evangelical persuasion, with a keen interest in Christian education
  • Have degree level qualifications in human resources management and/or similar in an educational administration qualification
  • Experience, in HR Management in the development and implementation of HR and other related policies and systems in a school or similar organisation
  • Sound judgement, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply legislative requirements in a way which balances competing demands, including effectively contributing to the resolution of issues
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills in a wide range of contexts, including the development and delivery of training
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with and advise senior staff, and win trust and cooperation at all levels of the school

School Nurse - casual position  

The role of the School Nurse includes health monitoring, health promotion, emergency care and liaising between parents, staff, counsellors and students to ensure best possible care is provided.

  • Casual, Monday - Friday
  • Generally 8.30am – 3.00pm, but can be flexible if required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Committed Christian, of a reformed evangelical persuasion
  • Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Experience working with children an advantage
  • Previous Mental Heath experience valued

Teachers' Aide - Junior School Education Support 

The Teachers’ Aide is directly accountable to the Education Support Department who would delegate support to the various Class Teachers as required. There is a variable nature to this role that may require small group or individualised support for students, depending on the need.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS


  • Permanent part-time at 8 - 9 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year
  • Monday - Thursday 8.40am – 10.40am (negotiable)
  • Commence as soon as possible, ideally Monday 4 March 2019

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Committed Christian, of a reformed evangelical persuasion
  • Experience working with children essential
  • Experience with Special Education / Education Support an advantage
