On a glorious autumn day, the school Working Bee faithful arrived and served the school community in a variety ways. This included clearing a verge on a section of Linden Avenue that was overgrown. We had parents involved in traffic control while the work was carried out in a safe manner.
We also improved the drainage on a section of Linden Avenue that will direct water where we want it to go, rather than leaking through on to our neighbour's property. A number of garden beds were weeded and mulched for the winter season.
As always, one of the highlights was the morning tea and the opportunity to chat with other parents.
