Introducing Mrs Jacqui Alldis, our new Infants teacher. We asked Mrs Alldis a few questions to get to know her better.
Tell us about your family? I’ve been married to Mike for a couple of years now – we currently live in Marsfield.
What is your role at Covenant? I’m teaching Year 1 which I absolutely love.
Tell us about how you encountered Jesus? I was very blessed to grow up in a Christian family with parents that constantly reminded
me of Jesus’ goodness and grace. I probably encountered Jesus for myself in high school when I had a severe injury and couldn’t do anything for myself
for a long time. I learnt to rely on Jesus and trust in Him completely because He is the one in control.
If you had a giraffe that you needed to hide, where would you hide it? In the bush near my house – there are some pretty tall trees
so maybe no one would notice!
What always cheers you up when you think of it? My husband Mike.
What is your favourite emoji? I probably use the streamers one the most – but I always laugh at the smiley face that has no mouth.
What song would we hear you singing in the shower? My neighbours play very loud music so sometimes I sing along to that – it’s actually
pretty fun! Lately it has been some movie soundtracks.
Thanks Mrs Alldis, and welcome to Covenant.
